I am a recent graduate from college and used marijuana 4 times and then last one was 2 months ago. I know I should be honest on any question because it would automatically terminate me. I have no record at all. The 4 marijuana uses is the only thing holding me back from applying. Do you think this would kill any chances I may have?

The number of times you've used marijuana wouldn't be the problem. The problem would be that you've used it so recently. Most departments that I know of wouldn't think about hiring you for at least 2 or 3 years.

Base on what you wrote, my department would consider you in five years.
